Carter Temple CME Church is celebrating our students' academic achievements from the 2025–2026 school year! Whether your student is graduating, was promoted, made Honor Roll, or earned a special academic award - we want to honor them on Sunday, July 12 during our 10:00 AM worship experience.

What an amazing Father's Day worship experience!

More than ever before, God is calling men and fathers to lead our homes, strengthen our families, and help heal our communities with faith, courage, love, and integrity. Today, Pastor Gordon preached a powerful word, “The Brotherhood God Builds,” reminding us that God is still shaping men who encourage, cover, build, and stand together.

Our guest psalmist, Kalind Haynes, was dynamic, the Men’s Day Choir was outstanding, and Spirit in Motion Dance Ministry offered a beautiful celebration of fathers. Today, we honor and celebrate fathers of all types: biological fathers, stepfathers, adoptive fathers, foster fathers, grandfathers, godfathers, spiritual fathers, uncles, mentors, father figures, single fathers, bonus dads, and every man who has stood in the gap with love, wisdom, sacrifice, and presence.

We thank God for the men who lead, serve, protect, provide, pray, and pour into the next generation. The brotherhood God builds is still blessing homes, families, the church, and the community.

Effective immediately, all members and guests parking in Taylor’s lot (ACROSS THE STREET) must park only in marked parking spaces. Please do not park under the canopy, along driveways, near entrances or exits, or in any area not clearly designated for parking.
