There will NOT be a Monday night service on May 1st.

April 9: Easter Sunday @ 1PM (NO service Monday April 10)

St. James Lutheran Church and School
April 3-5: Prayer Service @ 7PM
April 6: Maundy Thursday @ 7PM
April 7: Good Friday @ 3PM and 7PM
April 8: Easter Vigil @ 8PM

Today marks the start of Lent, a season of repentance and remembrance of Christ's suffering and his forgiveness offered to us.

We will not be meeting today. If you would like to attend Ash Wednesday service, you are welcome to visit St. James Lutheran Church and School @ 7pm.

▪️ As our Advent journey draws to a close, we invite you to celebrate the birth of our Savior with us on Christmas, Sunday Dec 25th @ 12pm! We will also have a worship service on New Year's Day, Sunday Jan 1st @ 12pm.

▪️ We will NOT hold Monday services on Dec 26th or Jan 2nd. Our normal Monday schedule will resume Jan 9th.

▪️ Join us for worship this Monday @ 7pm as we commemorate the Reformation! Bible study to follow at 8.

▪️ Worship services continue Monday nights @ 7, and this week we'll resume meeting upstairs in the sanctuary.
▪️ We continue to gather for Bible study afterwards @ 8 pm. Join us as we discuss the Gospel of Luke!

▪️ We invite you to join us for our first Monday service on August 29th!

▪️ July-August we meet for worship Sundays @ 10:45am in the church basement (take the stairs down to the door on the Paulina St. side). Recordings can be accessed here: www.fblcchicago.org

▪️ Sunday morning Bible study continues @ 9:30am

▪️ Wednesday midweek Bible study is currently on hold

▪️ The food pantry continues Wednesdays from 10-12
