The Connectional Table was present at the UWF 2026 Assembly, connecting with leaders and participants across the connection.

We were there sharing and lifting up the Church’s new vision: Love Boldly, Serve Joyfully, and Lead Courageously.

Leaders across The United Methodist Church are exploring the future of U.S. jurisdictions, and the Connectional Table is at the heart of these conversations. 🌍

As part of a working group with the Standing Committee on Regional Conference Matters outside the U.S., the Connectional Table is helping study how regional structures might evolve to better support a global church. Through prayer, dialogue, and research, we are discerning faithful ways for the church to move forward together as we live into a regional structure.

In this sacred season of Advent, we pause to prepare our hearts for the coming of Christ — the One who brings hope, peace, joy, and love into our world.

As we journey through these weeks of waiting, may we be reminded that Advent is not only a countdown to Christmas, but an invitation to slow down, to reflect, and to anticipate the new possibilities God is preparing among us.
