Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church joins the city in mourning the passing of Spencer Leak, Jr., an honorable and humble man, a devoted servant of the people of his beloved city. His compassion and dignity will be missed. We ask God's blessings on his family and the Chicago community.

We stand together in mourning the extraordinary loss of Spencer Leak, Jr., Vice-President of Leak & Sons Funeral Home here in Chicago. On behalf of A. A. Rayner & Sons Funeral Home, our family and staff, we extend our heartfelt condolences to the Leak family and to all those whose lives were touched by his care, love, service, and dedication. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this fragile time and will continue to be in the days ahead.

Viewing on Wednesday, May 20th at A.A. Rayner Funeral Home, 318 E. 71st St. from 3-7PM.
Wake and funeral at New Progressive MBC, 9425 S. Perry Avenue on Thursday, May 21, 2026. Wake at 10:00 AM, followed by the funeral at 11:00. Please keep the Malone family in your prayers.
