Mont Clare United Church of Christ “Where there is no vision, the people perish”
Proverbs 29:18 Our community was born out of a merging of two churches in 2001.

The Mont Clare Congregational Church and the United Community Church. We seek to be a church that is multi-cultural, multi-racial and inclusive of all people. We seek to proclaim the Realm of God by welcoming all people to a nurturing community of faith, which works for justice, righteousness and peace. We continuously work with the Holy Spirit to act justly, love mercy and walk humbly with God. O

ver the past few years, our church has proven its resiliency as we have not missed one Sunday worship service, despite having seen our church building damaged severely by flooding caused by the polar vortex of 2019 and the start of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. We remain prayerful that our church will continue to do God’s work.
