Devon Oasis Center A place of refuge in a New World. Devon Oasis Center is an organization seeking to welcome and care Bob Andrews.

The “Little India” area of Chicago is one of the most densely populated and diverse neighborhoods in America. We have over 20,000 people living in every square mile of our community, and nearly half of these were born outside of the United States. At Devon Oasis, we welcome all people in the name of Christ, regardless of their ethnicity or religious background; we provide various services and free

assistance in order to help our beautiful neighbors begin their new lives in America. Devon Oasis is an innovative ministry of the Missionary Church, and is directed by the Rev. Bob and his wife, Lynne, have raised all four of their sons in the community surrounding Devon Oasis.
