Last weekend, as we celebrated World Mission Sunday, Holy Child Jesus Parish was blessed to join the Holy Spirit Missionary Sisters in the U.S. and Caribbean in commemorating their 125th Anniversary!

Guided by their Jubilee theme, “The Light Still Burning,” we were reminded of Christ, the source of their mission, and the Holy Spirit who continues to guide, renew, and send the Sisters forth to proclaim the Gospel and serve God’s people.

We give thanks to God for 125 years of faithful witness, missionary zeal, and loving service! May the Holy Spirit continue to strengthen the Sisters in their vocation and keep the light of Christ burning brightly in their hearts and throughout the world.

Happy 125th Anniversary, Holy Spirit Missionary Sisters! May Our Lord bless you abundantly as you continue to answer His call to mission!
