Please join us tomorrow for a chesed event on Tisha B’Av in partnership with Solu and Maragaret’s Village.

We’ll have the opportunity to hear from Angela Hicks, Director of Margaret’s Village—a women’s and kids’ shelter in Englewood—who will join us virtually for a presentation about homelessness and the shelter's work before we dive into packing up hygiene kits for families staying at the shelter.

The nevi'im (prophets) called for infusing fast days with acts of chesed –– "sharing our bread with the hungry" and “bringing home the suffering poor" (Yishayahu 58:7).
