The $35,000 matching gift is still live β€” and every dollar you give is still being doubled. If you've been meaning to give, now is the moment.

Your gift, matched dollar for dollar, goes directly toward strengthening the organization that makes this movement possible. But don't wait β€” the match ends May 31.

We hope you'll join us. https://hubs.li/Q04hrfJD0

Happy Birthday, Julia! πŸŽ‰

Julia brings so much to the table β€” strategy, heart, humor, and a relentless belief that justice and joy go hand in hand. We're so grateful she is part of our team!

Share your well wishes with Julia below. And yes, in true Julia fashion, we'll mention the opportunity to have to make a gift today to support our work: https://hubs.li/Q04h6dK_0

Today is β€” the International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia & Transphobia.

It matters that people know where you stand.
Hate has no place here. Not in our communities. Not in our democracy.

Every person deserves to live without fear of who they are.

Every month we get to pause and say: look what the church can be. This May, we're honoring the Reconciling Congregations celebrating anniversaries this month β€” communities that chose welcome, made it official, and have been living it out ever since.

If you see your church featured, tag them and help us celebrate. We're so grateful for every congregation doing this work.

Not seeing your congregation and think it should be included? We'd love to celebrate your anniversary too β€” reach out to [email protected] and we'll make it right.

16 years of welcome β€” and Centenary Downtown- a United Methodist Church in Richmond, VA is still going strong. πŸŽ‰

Centenary UMC in Richmond, VA, was the first reconciling congregation in the Virginia Annual Conference, and this past Sunday they marked the milestone in the best way possible. Their pastor, Rev. Emily Bagwell (she/her) shared part of her own personal story in the sermon, RMN board member (and Centenary member!) Kathy Talley helped lead worship, and the whole congregation gathered for a photo to close it out.

This is what the movement looks like β€” real communities, real stories, real belonging.

Want to help more congregations take that step? Your gift to RMN makes it possible. https://hubs.li/Q04gw7Q40

If your congregation has a milestone or special event coming up, we want to celebrate with you! Send it to Taylor at [email protected]
