Bishop Robert McKinstry, Pastor In 1971 the vacant church on 8053 S.

The conception of the Victory Apostolic Faith Church began when Founder and Pastor, Elder Reese Price, Jr., heard the call from God. In May of 1961, the council gave Elder Price II permission to open a church. The vision was to convert an auto shop into a soul repair and life saving station. The congregation grew so much that it could no longer accommodate the people of God for worship. May street became Victory's. The rest is history!
