WHAT VALIDATES YOUR CALLING…

How do you know if you're truly following God's calling?

Having a strong sense of what God wants you to do doesn't mean you should ignore the wisdom of others. Inviting trusted spiritual leaders to examine your direction can help confirm your calling and keep your ministry from becoming all about you.

WHY GOD'S TIMING FRUSTRATES YOU…

Why hasn't God brought you into the next season of your life yet?

It's easy to become frustrated when others seem to be moving ahead while you feel held back. But waiting, trials, and personal growth are part of the journey, and faith means trusting God's timing rather than measuring your progress against someone else's.

“GREEN LIGHTS” LIED TO YOU…

Are you waiting for every sign to point in the same direction before taking the next step?

It's easy to expect a calling from God to come with clear answers and a series of green lights. But a genuine calling can involve obstacles, and overcoming them may be part of the journey itself.

He [an overseer] must hold firm to the trustworthy word as taught, so that he may be able to give instruction in sound doctrine and also to rebuke those who contradict it.

THE DANGER OF RISING TOO SOON...

What happens when you step into a role before you're ready for it?

Like a skyscraper built on a weak foundation, a leader without the character and growth to support greater responsibility can eventually collapse. When leadership fails, the damage can go far beyond the leader and leave people hurt, distrustful, and even struggling with their faith.
