Great conversation, plenty of laughter, and, of course, ice cream!

Our Young Adults Ice Cream Social was a wonderful evening of fellowship, bringing together friends to enjoy time together outside of Sunday morning. Events like these are a reminder that First Saint Paul's is more than a place to worship—it's a community where relationships grow and people of all ages find a place to belong.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the evening so much fun. We look forward to the next opportunity to gather!

🐾 Our latest furry church guest gave the water bowl two paws up!

Thanks to Bonnie Spurlock, we put out a new water bowl in front of church and our first visitor was none other than neighborhood favorite Burt, who stopped by to enjoy a nice drink of cold water.

If you're out walking this summer—whether on two legs or four—feel free to stop by. We're always happy to offer a little refreshment and a warm welcome at 1301 N. LaSalle Drive in Chicago

The Dearborn Garden Walk architectural tour of First Saint Paul’s attracted hundreds of visitors from our neighborhood and was a big success! The wonderful storytelling of our church and showcasing our historical pieces (including our angel rescued from the Chicago Fire). Thanks to Pastor Jeff Leininger, David Rogner and John Stodden who conducted tours and to Bonnie Spurlock for organizing!

We are so excited to be a part of Sunday's
Dearborn Garden Walk from noon-5pm!

We will be opening our doors for an architectural tour showcasing our beautiful architecture and many of our antiques (as the oldest Lutheran Church in Chicago operating for more than 175 years, we have quite a few 😀)!

We also will be offering free water and restroom facility usage. We would love to see you there!
