X-posting post from Drew Tucker

"We need your help to nominate people for positions on churchwide committees and boards! I apologize in advance for the gendered language that our structure utilizes. We currently have the following positions open.
Church Council (positions available for women and men)
Committee on Appeals (Word and Sacrament, Word and Service, and Lay Male positions available)
Committee on Discipline (Word and Sacrament, Word and Service, Lay Man, Lay Woman, and Lay Person positions available)
Nominating Committee (no designations necessary for nominees)
Please consider these open positions for yourself and for the communities with which you work! To change the structure of our church will require a change in the shape of our leadership at each of these levels and I hope we can nominate people who will bring the kind of change needed for true transformation.
The application, to be filled out by the person being considered to ensure they're willing to participate, is found here: "
