Balanced Fuel for the Body… and the Soul
Some of us measure our plates more carefully than we measure our priorities. We count macros but forget to count blessings. Yet both matter more than we think.
“Whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.” — 1 Corinthians 10:31
This plate is built with intention — greens for nourishment, protein for strength, healthy fats for steady energy. Nothing random. Nothing wasted.
And that’s how the Christian life is meant to be lived.
The mixed greens are like daily time in the Word — not always flashy, but absolutely foundational. You may not feel fireworks every morning, but over time, strength builds quietly.
The grilled chicken reminds us that growth often comes through heat. Trials don’t ruin us; they refine us. Just like meat on the grill, we come off stronger than we went in.
And that yogurt marinade? That’s grace. It tenderizes what would otherwise be tough. Without it, things get dry fast — spiritually and otherwise.
God is intentional with every ingredient of your life. The blessings. The stretching seasons. Even the waiting.
So build your plate wisely. Feed your body well. Feed your soul even better.
Keep marinating, and stay blessed.
