Volunteer for Children’s Liturgy of the Word! 📖

Children’s Liturgy of the Word helps our youngest parishioners, ages 4 to 10, to hear and understand Scripture at their level through simple teaching, conversation, and fun activities. No theology degree required—just a welcoming heart, a little patience, and maybe a willingness to leave Mass with glitter on your sleeve. 🤣

Children’s Liturgy of the Word is hosted during 10 AM Mass on select Sundays.

Today’s altar server could be tomorrow’s saint. 😇 Volunteer to be an Altar Server!

Altar Servers assist during Mass by carrying the cross and candles, and supporting the celebration of the liturgy in a meaningful way.

This ministry is a wonderful opportunity for children and teens to grow in confidence, responsibility, and faith—while learning more deeply about the Mass along the way. Training is provided, and serving schedules are flexible for families.

May is dedicated to Mary, our Blessed Mother. 💙

Join us Wednesdays in May from 8:45–9:15 AM, immediately following 8:00 AM Mass, at Fr. Grassi Community Park as we gather to pray the Rosary together.

Should weather impede outdoor prayer in the park, the group will meet in church.

This is a wonderful opportunity to take a moment in the middle of your week to slow down, pray, and grow closer to Mary.

Today we celebrate Pentecost Sunday — the birthday of the Catholic Church and the extraordinary gift of the Holy Spirit. ❤️‍🔥

Jesus gave us the Holy Spirit to guide us, strengthen us, and help transform our lives so we can boldly share the Gospel with others. But this gift is not meant to sit untouched — it’s meant to be lived THROUGH EACH OF US.

What's a birthday without balloons? Fr. Brett used a balloon as an example. A balloon without air cannot fulfill its purpose. But once filled, it becomes vibrant, beautiful, and full of life. In the same way, the Holy Spirit breathes life into us to help empower us to breathe life into the Church.

Don't be afraid to open your hearts, surrender yourself to God, and allow the Holy Spirit to move through you with purpose and courage.

Take action by deepening your faith through our programs such as Alpha or Beta; speak to others about Jesus; or invite a friend or neighbor to church.

Be bold. Be purposeful. Be filled with the Holy Spirit.🕊️
