The biblical meaning of conviction is belief or conviction in something. It is linked to ethics, politics and religion, it leads to persuasion. In the Bible, we find that it is used in both testaments to show contrition.

It is a process in which people are convinced that they have sinned and acceptance hurts, It is achieved in whoever convinces that something wrong has been done, it is the holy spirit, The means to dissuade a person are found through the word, or in the revelations that he sends us, His purpose is that we repent and return to God to achieve eternal life.
