St. Daniel the Prophet

09/17/2026

Are you feeling called to take the next step in your faith? ❤️🙏

St. Daniel the Prophet Catholic Church invites you to join us for OCIA — the Order of Christian Initiation for Adults, beginning Thursday, September 24, 2026 at 7:00 PM in the St. Vincent DePaul Room at the St. Daniel the Prophet Rectory.

OCIA is more than a class—it is a journey of faith. It is a time to ask questions, learn, pray, reflect, and grow in your relationship with Jesus Christ while discovering more deeply the faith and life of the Catholic Church.

OCIA is especially for adults who are interested in becoming Catholic, those baptized in another Christian tradition who are considering entering into full communion with the Catholic Church, and Catholics who were baptized but have not yet completed their Sacraments of Initiation through Confirmation and/or Holy Eucharist.

And you don’t need to have everything figured out before you come. Questions are welcome. Curiosity is welcome. You are welcome.

Discover. Belong. Believe. Become.

Come walk with us as we grow together in faith and in love of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Hello everyone it is with both joy and a little sadness that I am announcing that we have decided to cancel the live-streamed Mass at St. Dan's. I'm joyful because with God's blessing our Parish has reopened and we can all return to the Eucharist. A little sad because I've grown fond of the ability to reach people with this ministry.

So today's 10:30am premiere will be the last.

Our Facebook and Youtube accounts will remain active and new content is being considered and coming. Thank You for all your prayers and dedication.

If you still have to rely on a live-streamed Mass please consider other alternatives. This is from St. John Cantius in Chicago. They have a beautiful Mass and their live-stream is at 9:00am for English Mass.
