"I can do all things through Christ that strengthens me " -Philippians 4:13

I took 4 doctoral classes this past summer semester....i had to make up for the two summer classes i missed last summer. Anyone who has or is currently in the doctoral program would look at me sideways and all type of crazy. 😅🫠

I had classes Mondays-Thursdays every week from late May-August. The headaches, the tears, the sleepless nights, the frustration were real....the 15+ pages, class presentations, classroom discussions and annotated bibliographies were real....but the love of God, the constant love, support and words of encouragement of my classmates and professors were real too!

This was in no shape form or fashion easy, but it's in those difficult tasks that really unlock another level of both strength and resilience that you can carry for the rest of my life. And to that, I tell The Lord...THANK YOU. 😭🙌🏾👏🏾💪🏾✨️🙏🏾♥️

✨️Beyond The Plate Testimonial✨️

All of my Introverts UNITE....but from a distance. 😂

Imagine being a business owner whose products speaks for itself, but is hesitant in speaking for themselves. Now imagine getting out of the shell, and owning the moment in front of the camera so that you can connect with those you serve....

Meet Safona, owner of Mag Legacy Cakes & More. During this session, she was able to receive strategies to help her get out of her comfort zone and to let both her image snd her voice speak on behalf of her business. Check out her testimonial from last night!!!!

✨️Beyond The Plate Testimonial✨️

Starting something new on your own for some would be somewhat scary, right? Not for Casandra, Founder/CEO of Casandra Talmadge Consulting, LLC. Although she is not a food business owner, 1). She has over 20 years of corporate experience from a well recognized food-chain restaurant, and 2). She was able to learn new concepts that are transferable to the work that she has done both in the corporate space and her new journey as an entrepreneur! Check out her feedback from last night's workshop!
