“Since GOD woke you up this morning, this prayer is for you…” Heavenly Father,
I come before You with a humble and grateful heart, thanking You for the gift of another day of life. Your Word says, “This is the day that the Lord has made; we will rejoice and be glad in it” (Psalm 118:24), and today I choose to rejoice in You.
Thank You, Lord, for the breath in my lungs, for waking me up this morning, and for sustaining me by Your mercy. Your Word reminds me that “Your mercies are new every morning; great is Your faithfulness” (Lamentations 3:22–23), and I am so grateful that You never fail me.
Father, I thank You for Jesus Christ—my Savior, my Redeemer, and my King. Thank You for the sacrifice You gave through Him, because “God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son” (John 3:16). Through Jesus, I have life, hope, and forgiveness, and for that I will praise You forever.
Lord, I praise You for Your many blessings—seen and unseen. Every good thing in my life comes from You, for “Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights” (James 1:17). Even when I don’t understand everything, I trust that You are working all things for my good.
I lift up Your name today, because You alone are worthy. “Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits” (Psalm 103:2). Help me never to take Your goodness for granted, but to walk in gratitude, obedience, and love.
Thank You for Your peace, Your protection, Your provision, and Your presence. Let my life be a living testimony of Your grace. Guide my steps today, Lord, and let everything I do bring glory to You.
