We the delegation of the SCFDA most humbly send prayers and sympathy to the family of our former Moderator Dr. Charlie C. Hatter. Dr. Hatter was known as a committed piece of our District by sharing his singing ministry, support in bringing in world renowned voices such the late Dr. L. K. Curry and former National Women President Dr. Rosa Cooper and a host of others. He served as a Vice Moderator and Moderator of our beloved fellowship and received his Honorary Doctorate alongside others such as the late Dr. Charles Lee, the late Dr. Eugene Cherry, the late Dr. Wesley and Pastor Emeritus Dr. Samuel Douglas. His love and interaction with people was always with a smile. Our District is proud to have had a privilege to have such a loving soul serve within its ranks. 🙏
