Long Post About Our 21st Year Founder's Day "GATHERING!" A Transparent and Helpful Leadership Read! A Resilient REMNANT!
The 21st Year "Gathering" (Psalm 50:5) of Generational Blessings Family Worship Center was both life and ministry-changing! I'd like to share a moment of transparency. Throughout 32 years of pastoring in totality, (2 anointed church plants), though we have fingerprints of established, lasting kindred ministry work and relationships all over the world, throughout the U.S. to Dubai, the Philippines, South Korea, Nigeria, Haiti, etc., impact seemed to be fragmented for the most part, as so many members, after development, moved on, some at God's direction, others not. It seemed like we were always in reBUILD mode, despite pouring out so much. And after covid hit, it appeared that we (as other churches) were at square one in the natural, just holding on to a remnant of decades of ministry service as if we had just begun. But God promised me that my spiritual children would come home. And we continued to serve faithfully looking ahead yet with wonder of when? Yesterday it happened! God brought together from all over the world🌎 literally, generations of families, Jews and Gentiles, our RESILIENT REMNANT members (THANK YOU❤️), newer members, former members, founding current members, multiple generations of children born into Godly marriages from our teachings, some having grown up, others still being born, as well as real estate clients that finally had opportunity to experience the ministry and WORD from GOD through us-- Refreshing and Amazing ALL who were in attendance (including me), testifying to one another, tearfully and obviously Fulfilled and Revived after the service! Indeed, Lives of many that had been changed through the transforming WORD of GOD that had been poured into them in some way over these decades through our Ministry were Revived and on 🔥 again! Yesterday, God quilted remnants of 32 years of pastoral ministry (2 church plants), unchurched, family, neighbors, friends, colleagues, clients together as ONE, right before our eyes, all without laying hands. Just being in that "ONE PLACE" TOGETHER, God evidenced the power of GATHERING, dispelling the myth that spiritual ISOLATION is acceptable and saints can thrive therein. Such is contrary to God's establishment and WORD!📖 Livestreaming services is passive engagement. True transformation requires active participation of "Gathering Together!" Gathering mobilizes, motivates, activates, cultivates, grows, develops and UNITES us TO SERVE in LOVE and RIGHTEOUSNESS. Gathering encourages, strengthens, equips and empowers us Believers to take on and conquer the world TOGETHER! That's what happened yesterday! ISOLATION was shattered and was replaced with COMMUNITY! Emptiness and void in spirit and heart were replaced with GOD'S Fullness, JESUS' Presence and GLORY! HEALING replaced spiritual anemia! STRENGTH replaced weakness! REFRESHING replaced weariness! WHOLENESS replaced brokenness! HOPE replaced despair! RESTORATION replaced Loss! GOD'S LOVE displaced differences and division. We wanted to be together!
Church without Transformation is meaningless! Yesterday, God gave US ALL renewed purpose and next level relevance, as we gathered together corporately, including the YOUTH! No individual laying on of hands needed. Everything God did individually was in our corporate atmosphere, thereby strengthening our church's impact by uniting and banning together peoples of 32 years pastoring internationally into ONE Community, family, and relationship! Thus, absolutely NONE of our work has been in vain. NEITHER HAS YOURS! God has been quilting together a masterpiece for His purpose all these years. He continues to do so. We're not done! We're meeting and seizing the moment together, ready to reBuild God's Kingdom together, as ONE! May every ministry leader be encouraged to keep building, reBuilding, when necessary. God will quilt it all together, as a masterpiece FOR HIS GLORY!!!🙌🏽📖 📖 🏡 📚 🏛 🌍 📖🙏🏽🔥❤️🏡
