Terms & Conditions

1. Only 750 tickets will be sold for chance of winning 2014 Cadillac XTS
2. Drawing will be held June 14, 2014. Need not be present to win.
3. All net proceeds go to the Building Fund for the Orthodox Christian Church of Cheyenne.
4. The winner will receive a 3 year pre-paid lease on a new 2014 Cadillac XTS Luxury Sedan.
5. Wyoming sales tax (up to 6%) is included.
6. Three year Cadillac Shield Plan also included. (XM Radio, OnStar, Factory Warranty, and Full Maintenance Package.)
7. There is a 15,000 miles per year limitation. Winner is responsible for any mileage penalty in excess of 15,000 miles per year.
8. Winner must provide Valid Driver’s License and Proof of insurance to be eligible.
9. Winner is responsible to pay for ALL state license plate and registration fees.
10. Winner is responsible for any applicable personal state or federal income tax.
11. Winner’s credit must be approved by lessor (lender) to be eligible.
12. Winner must live in Continental US. If winner lives in another state, Halladay Motors Inc. will arrange and pay for transportation or delivery of the vehicle.
13. Winner can exchange the full value of the 3 year pre-paid lease of the 2014 Cadillac XTS and apply it toward the purchase or lease of any new vehicle of equal or greater value, offered by one of Halladay Motors, Inc.’s three dealerships (listed below) in Cheyenne, Wyoming:
