Misfocus
The art of deception is to draw attention to one thing while something else is going on. Card tricks use this very ploy. And so it is with our current election. America is sagging. There is no doubt about it. That which is gained by deception cannot be blessed by the Lord. Biden found this out.
If we zoom back to the bigger picture, is it about America and our election, or is it about Israel and her preservation? From Heaven’s view, where is the focus? It is interesting that in circa 593 BC, Ezekiel prophesied that Israel would become a nation again within the borders of her own land. 2,541 years later on Friday, May 14, 1948, President Truman, sitting the White House, declared the new Jewish state in the land of Palestine as “the nation of Israel”, thus fulfilling Ezekiel’s prophecy. Then in 1967, Israel won back the control of Jerusalem, thus fulfilling Daniel’s prophecy from 530 BC. Then on Wednesday, December 6, 2017, President Trump recognized Jerusalem as the capital of Israel—a recognition that stretches into the 1000-year reign of Jesus on earth where Jerusalem will be the capital of the whole earth and of Israel—the chief nation of the earth.
We are presently on the threshold of the Book of Revelation. Only God knows the precise timetable. Nonetheless, Israel is the trigger that launches the prophesied end time events. Specifically, when Israel is engaged in a war beyond her capability to defend herself, she will call out for help to the theater of nations. A 3-nation coalition will come to her headed up by a specific leader and offer her a 7-Year Peace Pact. That leader will be none other than Antichrist in the guise of a particular person. When Israel signs the agreement, the 1st Seal of Revelation open. Is the war she currently fights on three different fronts the war that was prophesied in Daniel? We are two steps away from that happening.
While we are focused on our election, the truth is, it’s not about America, it’s about Israel. God has used America to cover Israel and maintain her existence. When America covers Israel, Isreal is relatively secure from her enemies, and America, in turn, is blessed based on God’s promise that whoever blesses Israel will be blessed. But when America has weak leadership or leadership that is indifferent to Isreal, Isreal’s enemies profile when they see the covering as weak or missing. It is interesting that when every US President is discordant with Israel, America drooped in military power, economics, civil unrest, increased fuel prices, and sagging employment. The pattern is verified in history.
It's not about Trump and America. It’s about how God will use America in relationship to His timing for the Book of Revelation. If Trump is President, he will avow strong covering over Israel and America will be blessed as she was before under Trump. But if Trump is not elected, what will be the covering over Israel and what will become of America. The outcome belongs to God in this election according to His purposes and plans with Israel.
