East Union Church, June 15-19 ~ Evenings from 6:00-8:30pm

☘️Get your passport ready and join our Irish adventure! ☘️

Registration is still open for VBS 2026! Our Emerald Crossing theme will take us on a journey through Ireland's lush landscapes, exploring the powerful words of Psalm 23!

Our program is designed for children ages 4 y/o (by September 1st and potty-trained) – rising 6th graders (Rising 6th graders can join the fun as participants or volunteers.)

Beauty and adventure await us each day at Emerald Crossing, where lads and lasses will gather at the Emerald Isle Assembly for music and fun! Then, they'll join a crew to rotate through Stations, including:
Flock Talk Bible Time
Celtic Corner Crafts
Top O' The Mornin' Missions
Green Meadow Games
Stillwater Snacks

Each day will feature an Animal Pal, a Memory Verse, a Cool Contest, Offering Collection to benefit the West Deer Dog Shelter, and Food Collection for the West Deer Food Bank/Backpack Initiative. The week will end with our Friday Night Family Night Celebration--an Irish Ceilidh (Party!) with a Baked Potato Bar, dancers from the Bell School of Irish Dance & more! Come, kiss the Blarney Stone!

Friends in Christ,

Our God is mysterious, inscrutable, indescribable, yet we know God and love God and give thanks for the gifts God gives. We worship, we try to understand and we do our best to describe God. This Sunday is Trinity Sunday, when we celebrate and affirm that God is Father, Son and Holy Spirit… one God in three distinct Persons. It’s an historic and humble designation! We’ll sing, appropriately for the day, “Indescribable!”

I hope you and your family will join us for Sunday morning worship in the EUCC at 9:30am. The EUCC and garage are glistening, each with a brand new roof! That work was completed this week. Blessings to you on what is slated to be a beautiful weather weekend! See you in church.

All participants who register by May 20 will receive a free Emerald Crossing VBS t-shirt that they will tie-dye on night one! A suggested donation is $10 per participant, with a $20 family maximum, but no one will be turned away.
