We are sorry to announce the passing of Pastor Howard Seel. It occurred on May 26th by cause of heart attack. The funeral will be held on Thursday, June 1st, at Geisen Funeral Home located at 606 E 113th Ave, Crown Point, IN. Viewing will be from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and funeral service at noon. Following the service will be the burial and lunch. Although he will be dearly missed, we have joy in knowing that he is with his Savior.

First of all, Happy New year to every one.
So for this week, I and the family came down with fever, flu, whatever. I knew I would be contagious still by Sunday, so I asked to have a fill in for me and I and wife stayed home.
What a way to start the new year! It kind of reminds me how 2022 started with Covid. Thankfully, this is not THAT bad.
We should be back to normal by next week.
Hope everyone had a nice Christmas. Ours was great.
So NO VIDEO this week. See you all next week.

For the longest time, the outside light hasn't been working. Today I replaced the whole fixture with an LED Area Light . When I bought it, I was afraid the cheaper light would not be bright enough so I bought the next brighter.
It's bright enough!

Part #2 of the new sign(s). Now have the Service Times up.

NOTICE*! Sunday School 10:00 AM < - Yes! Starting September 18th on "Back to Church Sunday".

Also, we now have a phone number with Voice Mail setup.

No longer is our church the little brown church in the dale.
And we have a new sign in front too.
Special thanks to Andrew Schwanke and his Father in Law John Addison. They power washed the back of the church twice and aided me much in getting the new sign mounted.
I think it looks well!

Our Church was damaged in the Storm a few weeks ago and I finally am around to Post a GREAT THANK YOU to Alco Exteriors for Working hard to get our Church repaired and ready for the services.
Being bi-vocational, I was unaware of the extent to the damage and was out of town. I also want to thank Wanda Gilbert and anyone else I may have missed for acting fast and getting Alco on the job.
We had Service only a few days later on Sunday and someone showed me the pictures of the damage and I had not even known that the repairs were made. Alco made the repairs so well that they looked like nothing had happened.
Thank God and thank you again Alco Exteriors.
