🍂 September is a New Season! 🍂

September is a reminder that God can take what we thought was the end and turn it into a brand-new beginning. In recovery, we don’t have to stay trapped by our past. We can surrender what was, embrace what God is doing, and take it one day at a time. 🙏

✨ “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has gone, the new has come!” — 2 Corinthians 5:17

Whatever season you’re walking out of, God is already preparing you for what’s next. Keep showing up. Keep surrendering. Keep trusting. Keep walking.

🌿 This is a new season. A new beginning. A new opportunity to grow.

Recovery is more than just overcoming addiction—it’s about finding hope, rebuilding our lives, restoring relationships, and discovering who we were created to be.
This month, we celebrate every person in recovery, every family member walking alongside them, and every person who continues to fight for another day. Your past does not define you. Your mistakes do not disqualify you. There is hope, healing, and a new beginning.

To those still struggling: you are not alone.
To those in recovery: keep going.
To those who have lost someone: your loved one’s story still matters.
And to those who help others find recovery: thank you for being a light in someone else’s darkness. 💜

✨ Recovery is possible. Freedom is real. Hope is alive.

Let’s use this month to break the stigma, share our stories, support one another, and remind someone that their life is worth fighting for.

🌸 SELF-CARE SEPTEMBER 🌸

September is a reminder that taking care of yourself isn’t selfish—it’s necessary. ❤️
Sometimes we spend so much time taking care of everyone else that we forget to check on the person in the mirror. This month, let’s make time to rest, breathe, pray, set boundaries, drink more water, move our bodies, protect our peace, and give ourselves the same grace we freely give to others.

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” — Matthew 11:28

This September, give yourself permission to slow down, heal, grow, and remember that you matter too. đź’•

You can’t pour from an empty cup. Take care of YOU. 💗

Fear will tell you that you can’t. Fear will remind you of your past. Fear will make you question your worth and wonder if you’ll ever truly change.

But faith reminds us that God is bigger than our fear, our failures, and our past. 🙌

In recovery, we don’t have to have everything figured out. We just have to trust God one day, one step, and one choice at a time.

Choose faith over fear. Choose surrender over control. Choose God over the things that once controlled you. ❤️

Lesson 20: Daily Inventory ❤️

This Friday starting at 7pm. Small groups at 8pm and then crosstalk cafe at 9pm.

Recovery isn’t just about looking at where we’ve been—it’s about taking an honest look at where we are today. Daily inventory challenges us to examine our thoughts, feelings, attitudes, and actions, admit where we fall short, and ask God to help us do better tomorrow.

It’s not about perfection. It’s about progress, honesty, accountability, and allowing God to continue changing our hearts.
