Editor's Note: This is the last week of school in Chesterfield County. Debbie has been faithful to keep and continue her Daily D's throughout. I hope they have blessed you too, as they bless me when I read and ponder them. Our last Daily D for the year will be this Friday and we'll pick it up again near the end of August when school resumes for Debbie's LAST full year of teaching. WOW. Talk about faithful to a mission!!!!
Daily D..
Psalm 37:5
“Commit your way to the Lord; trust in him and he will do this.”
The last week can be crazy...so many things to wrap up, plus packing every item in your classroom, down to the last paper clip! And, of course, our students can be a little bit hyper, to say the least LOL
So we commit our way to God and trust that He will help us accomplish the long list of items before we head out the door on Friday.
Prayer Update: I missed an email from Deborah a couple weeks ago...she has begun chemo treatments every Tuesday. She started last week and, so far, no complications. I can't imagine going through all of this, plus trying to deal with substitutes in your classroom and wrapping up the school year. So Father, we lift Deborah before Your throne of grace. We pray for PEACE, a quiet TRUST, REST, and HEALING in her body. Please protect her body, mind, and soul as the chemo enters her system. We pray that YOU will destroy any remaining cancer cells...every one, and restore her to perfect health and wholeness. In Jesus' name....Amen
Thank you for your prayers for her....even if the Holy Spirit brings her name to mind and you just speak it, HE KNOWS and HE HEARS....thank you so much!!
God bless your day!
