✨ What thought just told you you couldn’t do it?

Was it fear? Doubt? A past failure?
Whatever it was… hold it up to this truth:

"I can do all this through Him who gives me strength." – Philippians 4:13

That voice may resurface, but so does His promise.

You can because He is. 💛

🚨 Did you know? 🚨

In 2025, an estimated 154,270 new cases of colorectal cancer will be diagnosed. But here’s the good news....colorectal cancer is preventable when caught early!

Routine screening is the most effective way to reduce your risk. The U.S. Preventive Services Task Force recommends starting screenings at age 45 for those at average risk.

Take control of your health and visit www.getscreened.org for your personal screening recommendation.

💙 Honoring My Mom, Fighting for a Cure 💙

My mother, Cornelia A. Jackson, was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer at 57 and passed away at 58. She was a woman of strength, power, and love. She faced her battle with unwavering faith and resilience. Even in the hardest moments, she loved deeply, gave selflessly, and inspired everyone around her.

Her journey ignited my passion for advocating, educating, and fighting for a future without colorectal cancer. That’s why I’m joining End Colon Cancer Coast to Coast, a movement committed to saving lives. Every dollar raised fuels prevention efforts, supports patients, and advances critical research through the Colorectal Cancer Alliance.

This fight is personal. I don’t want another family to experience the pain of losing a loved one too soon. You can help make a difference.

🔹 Share this post to spread awareness—together, we can create lasting change.

Let’s turn grief into action. Let’s fight for a future where colorectal cancer is no longer a threat. Will you join me? 💙

Life is practice. You practice who you are every single day. Is it the version you truly want to be?
- Michelle Obama

Each day provides an opportunity for self-reflection and growth. We should evaluate whether our actions and attitudes reflect the person we aspire to be. If not, it's never too late to make changes and pursue our best selves. As Romans 12:2 reveals, transformation begins with allowing the Holy Spirit to change our mindset which leads to a deeper understanding of our purpose and potential.

“Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect.”
‭‭- Romans‬ ‭12‬:‭2‬ ‭NLT
