PLEASE JOIN US AT COLE’S LANDING, SILVER LAKE, IN LEE, MAINE FOR OUR ANNUAL UNION BAPTISMAL SERVICE AND B-B-Q WITH SPRINGFIELD COMMUNITY CHAPEL. THE SERVICE WILL BEGIN AT 10:30 AM. (DUE TO BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION ON THE ARAB ROAD, PLEASE TRAVEL TO COLE’S LANDING VIA THE CURTIS FARM ROAD.)

Wednesday, July 8: Chester Baptist Food Pantry has been given boxes of vegetable and flower seeds. We will be putting these seeds out today for the public to take--8:00 AM to dusk.

Our 2:00 PM worship service scheduled for Sunday, July 5, will be held at Glidden Hill, 51 Glidden Lane, Woodville, Maine, in celebration of America's 250th Anniversary of her Independence. A fellowship BBQ will follow. This site was chosen because Revolutionary War veteran, Arnold Glidden, received this land in 1830 as a pension for his service in the patriot armed forces. He and his wife, Hannah Crocker, are buried on the hill that still bears his name. For further information, please fell free to contact Pastor William O. Chesley at 746-3650 or 447-7288. We will be holding a Christmas NIGHT (DECEMBER 25, 2025) Candlelight Communion service at 6:00 PM, featuring carols, special music, and the telling of the Christmas story. We hope to see you there. Merry Christmas! Truly, Jesus is the Reason for this blessed season!
