Our streets next to the church turn yellow before the white of winter These cottonwoods look nice now but, wait until summer and they turn the streets white with cotton-like sneez producing pollen. .

Our Women's Bible Study started back up this morning after not meeting for the summer. I had to leave - felt like a rooster in the hen house. :)

We had the Liberty Quartet sing at the Memorial Hall friday night, Great turnout from the community. We had to bring out more chairs.

We finished the year with a Fruit of the Spirit candle lighting ceremony. At the front of the church were lit candles, each representing a separate Fruit of the Spirit. Everyone in the congregation was to evaluate what single fruit they needed for 2018 to help them love their neighbor as themselves. They then came forward and lit their candle off the one representing the fruit they needed. They went back to their seats and we sang the "Spirit Song" about the Spirit falling on them to secure the fruit in their lives,
