A Message of Love, Prayer, and Condolence

Pastor Miles and the entire Pine Grove Baptist Church Family extend our deepest love and heartfelt condolences to Pastor Marcus Tolliver and his family** in the passing of his oldest son.

There are moments when words seem far too small for the weight of our sorrow, but even in the valley of grief, we hold firmly to the promise that God is still present, God is still faithful, and God is still near.

“The Lord is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart.” Psalm 34:18

Pastor Tolliver, please know that you do not walk through this season alone. We are praying that the God who has strengthened you as you have encouraged so many others will now wrap His loving arms around you and your family. May He give you strength for each day, peace for every troubled moment, comfort for every tear, and grace for the journey ahead.

We pray that precious memories will bring comfort, that the love of family and friends will surround you, and that the hope we have in Jesus Christ will sustain you when the days become difficult.

Earth has no sorrow that Heaven cannot heal.
