Nestled in the peach fields of northern Spartanburg County, Eden Wesleyan has a rich heritage of bringing people to a lifelong relationship with Jesus Christ. Life Groups, held in individual homes, give great opportunity for fellowship and sharing as we study and learn together from the Word of God on Sunday nights and during the week.

On Memorial Day, our student ministry held a BBQ fundraiser to help send our students to Youth Camp and Follow Conference this year. Because of the incredible support from our church and community, we were able to raise around $2,300 — putting us right at our goal for Kids Camp and Youth Camp to be paid in full!

We are so thankful for everyone who helped make this possible. A huge thank you to Jerry Reichert Jr. , Brandon Kimbrell , and Chase McDowell for spending countless hours smoking the butts and making sure everything was done right. Thank you to Jeannie's Kitchen & Immaculate Confections for generously allowing us to use the her restaurant and even some of her supplies to prepare everything and serve from.

We also want to thank the many volunteers who gave their time to help prep, serve, organize, and support the fundraiser in so many ways. And finally, thank you to everyone who bought BBQ from us and supported our students. You guys are incredible!

Your generosity is helping invest in the next generation, and we are grateful for every person who played a part in making this fundraiser such a success.

If you missed it, no worries! We’ve got several more exciting opportunities coming up, including a co****le tournament, bingo night, chili cook-off, and more!
