Sunday, May 31st is Trinity Sunday. It is the last Sunday of the month, and we will start with a hymn sing at 9:50, followed by worship at 10:00 a.m. If you love our Methodist hymns and have a special request (we all do have our favorites!) be sure to come early.

Our Promise Kids Sunday schoolers will be meeting in the Narthex prior to worship. We offer Nursery every Sunday for the little ones.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month. After worship, we hope everyone will stay for a conversation on “Living Well” led by two of our own mental health professionals, Shelby and Phelan, focusing on mental health, resiliency, and advocacy.

Join us for Fellowship Hour before heading out to start your busy week. It is a perfect opportunity to relax, meet up, and enjoy light refreshments..

Happy Memorial Day Weekend!

On Sunday, May 24th, we will be celebrating Pentecost, the birth of the Christian church, along with Christians around the world. Worship will begin at 10:00 a.m. Pastor Steve encourages everyone to wear something red for Pentecost.

Nursery is available every Sunday for the younger children. Promise Kids’ Sunday School follows the Children’s Sermon with Pastor Steve.

After worship, we invite everyone to stay for fellowship and refreshments.

Welcome to Cheshire UMC. Our service on Sunday, May 17th begins at 10:00 a.m. Nursery is available every Sunday. Sunday School meets during the school year. It begins after the Children’s Sermon with Pastor Steve.

Everyone is invited to Fellowship Hour after worship. Spend a few minutes with members and guests and enjoy light refreshments before the week begins.

Mother's Day Message from Pastor Steve

Come and celebrate Mother’s Day with us on Sunday, May 11th. All are welcome! Worship will begin at 10:00 a.m. Our sanctuary will be beautifully adorned with an assortment of bright, fresh, and colorful spring flowering plants in celebration of all Mothers.

Nursery school is available every Sunday for the little ones. School-age children meet for Sunday School following the Children’s Sermon.

All are welcome this first Sunday of May. Worship will begin at 10:00 a.m

On the first Sunday of each month, the children collect non-perishable food and other household items given by the congregation. These donations are blessed during the Children’s Sermon and given to the Cheshire Community Food Pantry. We also celebrate Communion on the first Sunday of the month.

Nursery is available every Sunday and Sunday School begins following the Children’s Sermon.

After the service, we invite everyone to gather with us in Fellowship Hall for some light refreshments.
