In my life I've done many things I am proud of. Things I want my children to see and know that their mom was bold, courageous, determined, compassionate, loving and faithful. That even when you seem to fight alone if it's something you are passionate about DO IT anyway. Leaving a legacy of goodness and change is what I want my children to see when they think about their mother. Being diplomatic in how you handle things is important. Not everyone will like you and that's okay. We are not here to please everyone and we are given this one life to live, so doing it right is important.

This year I've been a little busy getting involved in things I am passionate about, and having time to pursue them. Yesterday was another milestone I'd like to share. I was sworn in by Kelly Gee our Secretary of State as a member of the Alzheimer's disease and Related Disorders Commission to serve a term for VA our wonderful State. As I sat and listened to the speakers I was overwhelmed with pride as they spoke about the importance of each role and the passion showed by everyone there. Governor Youngkin had such pride as he spoke about our responsibilities that we have been given and his love for our state. I am beyond honored to serve Virginia in this role and do my very best.

News: UPDATE: Exempt Your Child's School from the Title IX Rewrite -

Two weeks ago, in a landmark legal ruling, Moms for Liberty secured the biggest preliminary injunction to date stopping the Biden’s rewrite of Title IX regulations from going into effect in what will ultimately be thousands – if not tens of thousands – of schools throughout our country.

Since then, Moms for Liberty and its legal team led by Southeastern Legal Foundation have been working through the legal process to ensure the maximum protections possible for Moms for Liberty members, ultimately obtaining clarification that the preliminary injunction applies to both current and future members and that Moms for Liberty can continuously update the list of schools covered by the injunction as needed.

Today, Moms for Liberty launched a new function through its website, allowing members (current, new, and future) to opt-in to the protections secured by Moms for Liberty’s landmark legal victory. Opting your child’s school in is easy and can be done through editing your profile on our “member portal.” Detailed instructions can be found in our FAQs webpage.

Good afternoon, everyone! I hope your day is as wonderful as you are.

I'm taking a break because it's cleaning day at the Bradshaw homestead. We're all doing our chores, and let me tell you, I've never lived in a home that gets dusty as quickly as this one. We have to change the air filters almost weekly and dust at least twice a week. Honestly, I'd rather clean toilets, lol.

As usual, summer is flying by. I wish this time of year would slow down, and the days weren't so hot. Fall and spring are my favorite seasons, minus the pollen. The temperatures are perfect, and the clothing options let us ladies show off our style.

Parents, are you ready for the return to school? Homework struggles, forms to fill out, conflicts to manage—oh my goodness, I'm not looking forward to it. Four more years for one child, and then we'll be done with public education.

What are your plans for the rest of the summer?

I had the pleasure of meeting Michele Blair (Sage's Law) and Laura Hanford this weekend. Hearing this story brought me to tears, but more made me angry. Angry at the power certain ones have over parents, or think they do. I am not a parent that will stand still and be silent. To be honest, I have had many children (28 years of foster care) in our school system along with mine in and out and have NEVER been happy with it. To be transparent I decided to homeschool three of my youngest children who are thriving. Why did I decide this, because I've seen many things I do not like and I won't make my children available to. This has taken me on a journey to become very involved in areas of child protection, school policy, human rights and religious freedom, parents rights.

I found Concerned Women For America when watching Penny Nance on DayStar. I wondered "Who is this woman and organization?" That led me to hours on my computer researching everything I could on her/them. Needless to say I joined and have been so blessed and energized by who and what they stand for.

Now, I am the Chair to another organization which I will tell you about this week. If you are concerned about our local school system, or any area I have spoke about here please private message me and I will tell you more ahead of time.

I am so excited my son returns home this week. It's been a long month without him.
Lots to share, our State Concerned Women for America of Virginia meeting went very well yesterday. Pictures to come. Glenn and I don't ride as easy as we once did (backs are killing us today).
I want to thank Teresa Pregnall for such a wonderful day and such a beautiful location. We were able to capture beautiful pictures on the way.

Some sweet things have been happening recently to God be the GLORY for sure, I will be sharing all of this very soon.

At some point my page will be set to private and I will let everyone know where we can meet up in a private group very soon.
