171 Years of Grace. 171 Years of Faithfulness. 171 Years of Standing on the Rock Called Ebenezer.

What a mighty move of God we experienced as we celebrated the 171st Church Anniversary of Ebenezer AME Church! From heartfelt worship, powerful fellowship, inspiring music by Redeemed of New Castle County, and the joy of gathering as one family, we were reminded that God has truly been our help every step of the way.

Since 1855, the Lord has sustained this ministry through every season, every challenge, and every triumph. As we look back with gratitude, we look ahead with expectation, believing that the same God who brought us this far will continue to lead us into an even greater future.

To every member, friend, supporter, guest, musician, and volunteer—thank you for helping make this celebration memorable. We stand today as living witnesses that God’s faithfulness never fails.

“Then Samuel took a stone and set it between Mizpah and Shen, and called the name of it Ebenezer, saying, Hitherto hath the Lord helped us.” — 1 Samuel 7:12
