Tomorrow, January 6, officially marks the beginning of our Epiphany season. As a church family we will begin our celebration on Sunday, January 8.

How do United Methodists celebrate Epiphany/Three Kings Day?
Epiphany is the day Christians remember the coming of the Magi to visit Jesus, bringing their gifts of gold, frankincense and myrrh.

The people of The United Methodist Church are putting our faith in action by making disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world.

Join us for worship this morning at 11am to be blessed with song by our VBS participants and learn the inspiration for this year’s theme, “Hello, Neighbor!” Then, stay for a meatloaf meal prepared by the United Methodist Women (UMW) directly following service.

Yesterday we learned to love our neighbors— even those with traditions and languages different from our own! This is Seraphina, one of our youth helpers, showing off her craft based on traditional Guatemalan kites flown on the Day of the Dead. It was a great start to VBS 2022: Hello, Neighbor!

We always have good food and lots of fun!

The youth hosted a successful Second Sunday Luncheon this month and raised $450 to help purchase supplies for VBS 2022: Hello, Neighbor! All children are welcome from 6 to 8pm on August 8-12 to learn from Mr. Rogers and his life-giving inspiration— Jesus!
