To our Revo Friends & Family,
It has come to our attention that two of our Kingsway Staff Members have tested positive for COVID-19. Therefore, in alignment with our safety protocols & church precautions, Revo is not meeting in person tonight (1.29). Instead, there will be an online ZOOM hangout at 7 pm for our JR Highers! Link can be found HERE (ID is 913 726 8799). Also, at this point, next week's Revo gathering is still undecided, but I will update you all the moment I have more information.
We made this decision out of an abundance of caution. As you know, this potential circumstance is why we’ve worked so hard to take all the necessary precautions for when our students gather. Myself, Fran, and our Revo team feel great and have no symptoms at this time. We have been fortunate to not have any COVID cases directly affect Revo since coming back together in September, and we will continue to be cautious as we move forward.
Church, please allow me to encourage you: Let's not let fear grip our hearts! Over the last few months, God has been moving in tremendous ways in the hearts of our students, and the enemy will want to use this situation as a stumbling block in the spiritual movement of our families. We have celebrated increased attendance, salvations, baptisms, & restoration in our student's lives, and I know that God has much more in store for our youth ministry! I am asking for your patience, understanding, and parental support as we navigate what the next few weeks look like for Revo! Thank you.
Please pray for those affected. Pray protection over our students and our Kingsway staff. Like you, we are trusting God to lead us in these challenging time. We know that He is in control and we surrender to His leading!
I am so looking forward to gathering again soon! Let's remember the power in the God we serve.
