Kingsway is a group of people from all walks of life who have experienced the love of Jesus Christ. We gather every week to worship God and hear the truth of the Bible taught in a compelling, challenging way.

What if the reason we struggle to desire Jesus is because we’ve never truly tasted and seen how good He is? We often look at marriage, financial security, success, or comfort and think, “That’s what will satisfy me.” But Scripture invites us into something greater: “Taste and see that the Lord is good.” (Psalm 34:8) If your heart isn’t fully captivated by Jesus yet, don’t fake it. Bring it to Him. Pray: “Holy Spirit, reveal the glory of God to me. Let me taste and see how good You are. Teach my heart to desire You above all else.” It’s not natural for our flesh to desire God above the things of this world. But if you’ve been born again, there is something deep within your spirit that longs for Him. Don’t settle for pretending. Pursue His presence until your heart discovers that He truly is better.

We often believe the lie that if we just had the right relationship, the right marriage, the right career, or the right experience, we’d finally be fulfilled.
But no person, accomplishment, or pleasure was ever designed to carry the weight of our deepest longing. Jesus isn’t the means to getting what we really want—He is the treasure. When we look to anything else for fulfillment, even good things can become idols. But when Christ becomes enough, we’re free to enjoy His gifts without expecting them to do what only He can do. Jesus doesn’t just help us find fulfillment. He is our fulfillment.
