What a powerful and inspiring evening.
We were privileged to hear Rabbi Yitzchok Wagner share his remarkable story and unique perspective as the first German-born rabbi serving in Germany after the Holocaust. His reflections on the rebirth of Jewish life in Germany, the ongoing challenges of anti-Semitism, and the resilience of the Jewish people were both moving and uplifting.
Eighty-eight years after Kristallnacht, Rabbi Wagner's message reminded us that despite all attempts to extinguish the Jewish people, we are here, stronger than ever. The Jews are back.
It was especially meaningful to gather in honor of Gimmel Tammuz, reflecting on the Lubavitcher Rebbe's vision, leadership, and unwavering faith in the future of the Jewish people. The growth of Jewish life around the world, including in places once thought impossible, is a living testament to that vision.
