Being a Crew Leader at VBS is so much more than just helping for a week.
You get the opportunity to invest in kids, point them to Jesus, laugh with them, pray with them, and then continue seeing them grow long after VBS is over. There’s nothing like watching a child walk into church and knowing you were part of their story.
And the best part? It’s easier than you think and SO much fun. You don’t have to be perfect — just willing. God uses ordinary people to make an eternal impact every single day.
Never underestimate what a simple conversation, a high five, or showing up consistently can mean in the life of a child. Your investment matters. Your presence matters. Eternity matters.
