This event is open to the public. No specific church affiliation. It is totally free. Barbecue, interactive games, door prizes and worship and more.

Still taking in the door prizes for this Friday's Men's Night at Hargis Christian Camp from 5 to 9 pm.

A big thank you to Tractor Supply for this heavy-duty jumbo socket set. With a 3/4 drive, it is perfect for some of the bigger jobs.

No admission, and doors open at 5. Hope to see you there.

The door prizes are rolling in for next Friday's 2nd Annual Hargis Christian Camp Men's Night.

A big thank you to Southland Tractor & Outdoors LLC for this tree stand. Some happy man will be taking it home, just in time for hunting season.

As always, the night is free, the food, fellowship and fun are as well. Grab a friend, your dad, your son, your brother or your whole small group and head out.

We are less than two weeks from the 1st Annual Shelby County Trade Days at Hargis Christian Camp.

We are now over 100 vendor booths. Everything from leather works and custom knifes to jewelry and face painting. There will be 3 food trucks as well.

Come out for a free day of family fun and check out all the vendors have to offer. No admission to get in.

We are just 3 weeks away from the First Annual Will Roberts National Kidz Outdoors Rodeo at Hargis Christian Camp.

Mark your calanders, and you can also get tickets in advance to avoid waiting in line. It is going to be an amazing weekend to have a rodeo outside under the lights. There will be food trucks and local vendors.

All proceeds go to the great folks at National Kidz Outdoors. Come out for a fun night with the family and support and incredible cause.

We had a special family come and stay with us this past week. The Carpenter's from Kaufman Texas dropped in for a short stay with us here in Alabama.

Carp Carpenter and his crew are a lot like us. They run a Christian camp in the lone star state, and it's a family affair as well. We told them all about Hargis Christian Camp and they told us of all that God is doing at Hidden Acres. We made some good friends for life. They may even come back and stay with us at Christmas! It is great to know that Jesus is being Made Known at campgrounds across the nation!
