First Parish Unitarian Universalist Chelmsford

First Parish Unitarian Universalist Chelmsford Welcome to First Parish of Chelmsford! We are a Unitarian Universalist congregation. Please join us.

While Unitarian Universalism began in the Protestant tradition, we have grown beyond our roots into a non-creedal faith, welcoming of different spiritual and theological perspectives. We invite everyone of good will to come to worship and to our community, in the fullness of who you are across age, race, gender, ethnicity, class, religious background, sexual orientation, ableness, and family. We gather to bring more hope, more joy, more peace, more love to one another and our world.

The Green Committee invites you to join us this Sunday, April 26, for a special Earth Day Service (10am) and Fair (11am) at First Parish! During worship, we’ll welcome David Butz, a UU and member of Eco-Nuclear Solutions, who will help us explore climate solutions through a presentation on nuclear energy.

After the service, stay for our Earth Day Fair, where you can visit tables focused on practical, hope-filled ways to care for our planet and one another. Topics will include greener homes (solar, heat pumps, EVs, induction cooking), recycling and composting, clean household products, plant-forward living, native and pollinator-friendly gardening, Homegrown National Park, youth activities, and the work of our Green Committee and community partners like Mill City Grows and Merrimack River Watershed Commission.

Come learn, connect, and discover everyday actions we can take together for a healthier, more sustainable future.
