THE CAMP OF ISRAEL
God gave Moses instructions on how to set up the camps of Israel. At the center of the camp was the Temple (The Holy of Holies) which contained the Arc of the Covenant. The Camp was as follows; THE OUTER SETUP: Each grand division of Israel was composed of three tribes, and camped as follows: On the EAST
THE CAMP OF JUDAH, This comprised the tribes of Judah, Issachar, and Zebulun. Numbers 2: 2 – 10
On the SOUTH THE CAMP OF REUBEN, This comprised the tribes of Reuben, Simeon, and Gad. Numbers 2: 10 – 17
On the WEST THE CAMP OF EPHRAIM, This comprised the tribes of Ephraim, Benjamin, and Manasseh. Numbers 2: 18 – 28
On the NORTH THE CAMP OF DAN, This comprised the tribes of Dan, Naphtali, and Asher. Numbers 2: 25 – 29.
The Beauty of this set up was indeed remarkable at least. To truly understand the significance you would have to see the camp as God set it up. In the illustration below, you will surely see the significance of the Rose of Sharon. God's Plan for Israel was set in place from the beginning. Wave your hands to Heaven . . . its Palm Sunday.
Matthew 21: 1-5 - Zechariah 9:9
What is the significance of celebrating Jesus riding the c**t of a donkey and the waving of palm branches? When Biblical Kings took over the throne, to show their meekness and modesty, instead of a parade with the best horses and chariots, they would ride into town on a donkey. The people would show their acceptance of the New King by waving the palm branches as he rode by.
When Jesus rode into Jerusalem on the donkey foal, he did so with all meekness and humility, because it was in his frailty that he became the Messiah, the savior of the world. He was accepted by the crowd as their new king.
Today, let us lift the palm of our hands to the heavens and proclaim Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior.

A State of Mind; Psalm 91
Good Thursday Morning April 2, 2020.
Over the last few weeks, I have seen many complaints by just about everyone on FB. Most of them are Christians, and that is because I try to surround myself with positive people who trust in God. Yes we are asked to stay inside to help slow the covid-19 virus and many are so angry and venting their frustrations on FB. Today I have a message for everyone from the Word of God, yes the BIBLE. When Saul became jealous of David, he sought to kill him. David had to escape into exile living in caves for years until the death of King Saul. While in exile, hiding in the various caves, David wrote some of the most beautiful and worshipful Psalms to the Lord. Like David, we need to protect our lives and trust that in time, Our God will rescue us from this pestilence. In the mean time my brothers and sisters, read through the Psalms and see if you can identify with David in Praise and Worship. So my brothers and sisters, Lift your Hands to the Heavens and Praise the Most High God. Worship Him and trust in Him.
The God of the Day, is still God in the Night.

Brothers and Sisters, I hope this post finds you well and in good spirit. In this time of distress, there seems to be an inordinate number of prophets of doom coming out spreading panic and dismay. TV Preachers are chiming in that God had given them this prophecy years ago. The latest is the scripture from Isaiah 26:20. While it is a good lesson for us, it is not relevant to the Covid-19 virus. You cannot take on verse out of scripture and use it for your situation. Taking scripture out of context to make it fit a situation doesn't work and spreads fear not comfort. Isaiah 26 is the prophecy of the New Jerusalem that will descent out of Heaven. You can reference Isaiah 26 by reading Revelation 21. Since this will happen at the end of the Tribulation, there is no way it is connected with anything in Pre-Tribulation times. Know your Bible. Perhaps now would be a good time to start reading the whole scripture, not one verse.

Brothers and Sisters, Since President Trump declared a National Crisis due to Covid-19, I have seen some very impromptu post. I believe that calling off Church is the right thing to do. Now is an excellent time to do an in-depth bible study with your family, exercise your prayer time and if you desire, there are thousands of sermons, studies and scripture on YouTube. Now is not the time to show off your faith. Even Jesus told Satan he would not throw himself down from the heights because it would be tempting God. Let me therefore leave you with this thought. Since the announcement of the Covid-19 virus, I think about the book of Revelation and how these things must come to pass. Fellow Christians, if this is one of those things, man will not be able to stop it. Therefore accept it and have faith it will Passover your home.
In Egypt when God poured out the last plague of death on the Egyptians, Joshua stood in the doorway and said to Moses, if it is not forbidden to look upon this pestilence, let us look, but Moses said, "Close the door Joshua and let death pass."
Exercise Faith not Fear. - God is with us, even to the end of the world.

Do you know what passover is all about? When God poured out the plagues on Egypt, particularly the plague of death, the people were told to put lambs blood over and on the sides of the doors so that death would passover their house.
As the Corona Virus approaches, I am asking you to do something that may sound strange, but I want all of you to anoint your doors in the same fassion with your finest oil.
Oil represents the Holy Spirit, and pray that death passes over your house.
Yea though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil. Psalm 23.
