Porchfest is this Saturday!
We’re thrilled to be on the schedule and on the map hosting one of our long-time space-sharing partners, Chattasings, from 11:15-12:00 pm in the Thankful garden at the corner of 43rd and Alabama Ave for a family-friendly singing circle.
Please join us in community & song!*
Experience the magic of no-prep, all-voices-welcome, intergenerational singing (more info below)! And while you're at it, enjoy homemade Ukrainian pryaniky, coloring sheets, rainbow chalk, & more! We'll also have labyrinth instructions on hand!
Chattasings offers a unique opportunity for everyone to engage in the joy of community singing! This participatory experience is one where ALL voices, ages, and humans are welcome as songs are taught in a simple call-and-echo style, and participants are quickly singing fun rounds and layer songs in glorious harmony. Come sing with us; you’ll leave lighter than when you arrived.
*We have plenty of chairs and benches for those who are most comfortable sitting! And we'll be on hand to assist anyone with a wheelchair or walker in accessing the garden from the corner of 43rd & Alabama Ave. Questions or concerns! Please don't hesitate to reach out!
