Dr. Vile is a scholar of the U.S. constitutional amending process, American historical documents, and prominent political symbols. He has written and edited numerous books and publications, and is well respected in his field and beyond.

Dinner begins at 6:00 p.m.; Dr. Vile will speak at 6:45 p.m.
