Rest.
The Bible makes it very clear that we are to honor the Sabbath day and pursue rest. Literally we are to hit the pause button on life once a week and guard our need to rest.
But why?
There are honest, personal reasons we need to observe the Sabbath that will be unique to each person. There are personal conversations we need to have with God.
We all need to pause, to sit with God, and ask Him to reveal some things to us.
We read in Isaiah 58: 13-14 "If you keep your feet from breaking the Sabbath and from doing as you please on my holy day,if you call the Sabbath a delight and the Lord's holy day honorable, and if you honor it by not going your own way and not doing as you please or speaking idle words, then you will find your joy in the Lord."
The Sabbath is a day God established for us! What a beautiful gift!!
He gives us something if only we slow down enough to accept it.
It's time to rediscover our joy in the LORD.
We invite you to come and rediscover your joy in the Lord. Come, and rest.
Services are at 10:00 am and 6:00 pm.

Fear God and keep His commandments, for this is the duty of all mankind.
Ecclesiastes 12:13

God's heart for us is evident throughout His commandments. They are guidelines established for our welfare, instituted because He loves us.
Fearing God means we follow Him with more passion than we follow after the things of the world. We value God's opinion of us more than more than we value the opinions of others.
Living this way---living according to God's commandments-- will bring not only a sense of wholeness as you live the way your Creator designed you to live but also deeper joy.
Come and worship with us, a family of sinners who strive daily to honor Him by keeping His commandments, and finding peace and joy in the midst of uncertainty.
Services are at 10:00 am and 6:00 pm.

Sing a new song to Him;
Play skillfully on the strings, with a joyful shout.
For the word of the Lord is right,
And all His work is trustworthy.
PSALM 33: 3-4

Our doors are open. Come and worship, and experience the faithfulness of a loving God through His people.

"Even now," declares the Lord, "return to me with all your heart, with fasting and weeping and mourning. Rend your heart and not your garments. Return to the Lord your God, for He is gracious and compassionate, slow to anger, and abounding in love, and He relents from sending calamity.
Joel 2: 12, 13
Like a destroying army of locusts,God's punishment for sin is overwhelming, dreadful and unavoidable. When it comes, there will be no food, no water, no protection, and no escape. The day for settling accounts for
With God for how we lived is fast approaching. God is the one with whom we must all account to.. not nature, the economy,or a foreign invader.
God stands ready to forgive and restore all those who come to Him and turn away from sin. God wants to shower His people in love and restore them to a proper relationship with Him. Forgiveness comes by turning from sin and turning toward God. It is not to late to receive God's forgiveness. God's greatest desire is for you to come to Him.
In the book of Joel, he predicts the time when God will pour out His Holy Spirit on all people. It will be the beginning of new and fresh worship of God by those who believe in Him as well as the beginning of judgement on all who reject Him. But God continues to be in Control. Justice and restoration are in His hands. The Holy Spirit confirms God's love for us just as He did for the first christians. We must be faithful to God and place our life under under the guidance and power of His Holy Spirit.
Because of the sacrifice of Jesus, through His blood, we can be assured, that we are forgiven, justified and very much loved by our Heavenly Father.
Longing for the day, we can be together again to worship and serve, as we walk with Him.
