In this class we use a series of poses, stretches and even cardio exercises to bring health, wholeness and healing to the body. This is all done while meditating on the Word of God through devotions to bring peace to your mind and life to your spirit and by playing worship music throughout the classes to create an atmosphere and attitude of worship and focus on God.
