Align is a Christian health, wellness & exercise class that utilizes a series of core strengthening p Align is a Christian health, wellness & exercise class.

In this class we use a series of poses, stretches and even cardio exercises to bring health, wholeness and healing to the body. This is all done while meditating on the Word of God through devotions to bring peace to your mind and life to your spirit and by playing worship music throughout the classes to create an atmosphere and attitude of worship and focus on God.

Well hello there!! I am thinking of starting classes back up so I need your input. If I taught classes on Tuesday night at 7:30pm and Thursday morning at 10:30am, who would be interested and who could actually be able to come on a consistent basis? 😁

Due to a lack of attendance, we will not have class for the next two weeks (tonight or next week). My goal is to return on June 17th but in order to do so, I’ll need at least 3 people attending. Let me know below if you plan to make it on the 17th.
