Lake Springfield Baptist Camp - Chatham, Illinois Our campus is located just outside of town on the edge of Lake Springfield. We welcome everyone to our campus.

We share the Good News of Jesus, the basics of Christian faith with our younger campers and challenge our older students to live out their faith and have a more meaningful relationship with Jesus and each other. Lake Springfield Baptist Camp is primarily a summer youth camp with outstanding facilities to offer church groups and businesses for retreats during the non-summer months after students ha

ve gone home. Whether your group is large - we can accommodate up to 150 - or more modest in size, rental of our facilities comes with all these advantages:

A professional, Christian staff who will work closely with you in preparation for your event and attend expertly and cheerfully to your group's needs during your stay. They will work to provide a loving, welcoming environment that promotes relaxation and refreshment for all members of your group. It is our hope that your time here will be enjoyable and uplifting. Our grounds have been used for a variety of functions: youth retreats, adult retreats, men and ladies fellowships, dinners, leadership retreats, staff meetings, church picnics, and many more! LSBC Family- we are in need of a zero turn mower! The mower we currently have has seen a long, fulfilled life and it’s time for him to move on to the big field in the sky. If anyone has a mower they’d be willing to sell to us, or would be generous enough to gift us, we would be so thankful! Camp is coming up soon and we need to get this grass in shape!
