What do you do when the chapter of life you’re living makes it hard to believe that things will ever get better?

In the final week of our Made for More series, Pastor Erik looks at Romans 8 and the incredible hope we have because of Jesus. Christian hope isn’t pretending that life is easy or ignoring our pain. It’s confidence that God has the final word. We can believe the best is yet to come—not based on what we feel, but based on what God says.

Because of Jesus, our past is forgiven, our present suffering isn’t the end, and our future is secure. No matter what chapter you’re living right now, God isn’t finished with your story.

Don’t judge the story by the chapter you’re currently living. We know how the story ends. And because of Jesus, the best really is yet to come.

Have you ever been in the middle of a difficult season and wondered, “Is this really how the story is going to go?” When life brings disappointment, uncertainty, grief, or unanswered prayers, it can be hard to believe that something better could still be ahead.

This Sunday, we’re wrapping up our Made for More series with “The Best Is Yet to Come.”

We’ll look at Romans 8 and discover why Christian hope isn’t wishful thinking or pretending everything is okay. Our hope is rooted in something far stronger than our circumstances: what God has said.

Whatever chapter you’re living in right now, don’t judge the whole story by the chapter you’re currently living. God isn’t finished yet. Because of Jesus, our past can be forgiven, our present suffering isn’t the end, and our future is secure.

We will also receive communion together at the end of service.

Join us Sunday at 10 AM as we celebrate the hope we have in Jesus—and look ahead with confidence that the best really is yet to come.
