The Charlottesville Women's CBS 2024-2025 Class year is about to begin its study of the Gospel of Matthew, and this year we are pleased to announce that we will be offering the following FOUR options:

1. In-Person (Women & Children): Thursday mornings beginning 9/5, 9:45-11:45 A.M., Christ Community Church (329 Riverside Avenue, Cville).

2. In-Person (Women Only): Monday evenings beginning 9/9, 6:30-8:15 P.M., Meadow's Presbyterian Church (2200 Angus Road, Cville).

3. NEW!!! In-Person Remote (Women Only): Wednesday mornings beginning 9/11, 9:30-11:00 A.M., Bridge Christian Church (1275 Goose Creek Road, Fishersville -- for those women living in or around Waynesboro, Fishersville, Staunton).

4. Virtual Online (Women Only): Thursday mornings beginning 9/5, 10:00-11:45 A.M. (online the entire class year).

This Thursday is the last opportunity for you and your kiddos to join us for fun and frolic -- and popsicles!!! -- at Greenleaf Park in Charlottesville. This summer has been hot, and splash parks and popsicles are cold (and not just for kids!), so come and cool down with us! Everyone is welcome, including anyone who might be interested in learning more about CBS and especially our wonderful children's program. So join us this Thursday from 10:00-11:30 a.m. and let's have fun!!

It's hard to believe that we're in the final stretch of summer. It's been a hot one but hopefully a good one! This Thursday we will gather for our last Coffee Meetup, where we can catch up with one another and hear all about our various summer adventures. We hope you can join us!! We'll be meeting again at First Free Coffee (340 Towncenter Lane, Cville) from 10:00-11:30 a.m. Drop in at any time and stay as long as you'd like. If you're new to CBS or even just wondering who we are, please feel free to join us. We'd love to tell you about our upcoming season studying the book of Matthew!

Just a reminder that this Thursday is our first Popsicles in the Park!! What could beat this heat better than a cold popsicle?!! Yummy for both kids and kids at heart! Come for the fellowship, come to learn more about CBS and our wonderful children's ministry, or come with a friend! We can't wait to see you!

Our first summer coffee gathering is just around the corner, and it will be so good to catch up with one another! Come join us at First Free Coffee (340 Towncenter Lane) next Thursday, June 13th. We will be there from 10AM to 11:30AM, feel free to drop in at any point during that time and stay as long as you'd like. And feel free to bring a friend who might be interested in learning more about Community Bible Study.

Make note of our additional gatherings on July 11th and August 8th. Same time, same place!

Hey moms and all popsicle lovers!!! Our study year may be over, but make note of these upcoming dates -- 6/20, 7/18, 8/15 -- where we can gather together to play in the park, and of course eat popsicles! These are great opportunities for all the littles to have fun with one another, and for you and them to introduce friends to CBS. Both moms and non-moms are welcome, the more the merrier! Hope to see you!

Are you looking for a community of Christian women to gather with and study God's Word? Then Community Bible Study (https://www.communitybiblestudy.org) might be the right place for you! Registration is now open for our 2024-2025 Charlottesville class year beginning in September, where we will gather on a weekly basis to dig into the New Testament gospel of Matthew. There are both in-person and virtual small groups, and even Bible teaching and play for young children! See the attached pictures for more details, and feel free to contact us with any questions you might have. We'd love to have you join us!!

Our Charlottesville women's class begins a new study this coming week and we'd love for you to join us!! We will be studying the New Testament book of Ephesians beginning February 8th through the end of this class season in May.
